Our speaker, Lianne Doucet, will take the group through an intimate conversation about values and how knowing what we value supports us in our work, relationships and life.
Understanding these key areas also helps us be more resilient in the face of shame. Doucet will guide us through an exercise with participation from those in attendance. You will a positive take-away that can be immediately applied to your life.
