Have you ever wanted to get into someone's mind to understand what or how they are thinking and feeling? If elders play a role in your business or personal life, you will not want to miss this month's POC BCLM Chapter meeting!
KIM LEPP of Home Instead Senior Care has always had a strong passion for seniors. So much so, that she is currently working towards her Masters Degree in Gerontology (the scientific study of old age, the process of aging, and the particular problems of the aged). Kim will be sharing her vast experience of working and learning with elders, and we will be able to step into their shoes as an audience. As a result, we can bring this knowledge to our workplace to become better professional organizers!
Through Home Instead Senior Care, Kim has devoted much of her time to improving the lives of our seniors, by demanding that each and every one of her Home Instead clients feels valued and connected to others. Kim has owned her own business for over 30 years. She loves to spend time with her family and to travel with her husband of 41 years.
"Be the change you want to see in the world". Certainly you have heard this famous Ghandi quote. Now how would you like to be the change you would like to see in your organizing association? There are a number of positions available nationally, and we will quickly discuss those roles and how to move forward for those interested. We also have positions that are currently available at your own POC BCLM Chapter! The timing is perfect, as we have some of the most amazing and capable members right now! We will be offering nominations and have some fun with the election process. Not to be missed!
