Professional organizers in Edmonton have been gathering and sharing ideas on an informal basis since 2003. In 2005 the Edmonton Chapter was recognized by POC and has grown from a handful of visionary entrepreneurs to the talented, diverse group of business owners we are today.
Members of the Edmonton Chapter include organizers from as far south as Innisfail, right up to the Northwest Territories! No matter what your organizational challenge, there’s no shortage of dedicated, caring professionals to choose from. Our specialists have knowledge in home, office and corporate organizing, moving, home staging, time management, feng shui, hoarding and working with the chronically disorganized, to name a few. If you’re ready to save time, money and your sanity you can find an organizer in Edmonton.
If your goal is to start a career as a professional organizer, the Edmonton Chapter is a valuable resource. We provide a supportive environment for local POC members, promote networking, share ideas, encourage referrals, strive for quality service for our clients and increase the awareness of the field of professional organizers in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. As well, there are plenty of educational opportunities with guest speakers and mentoring. You can also take advantage of chapter advertising, such as group trade shows, which not only increase visibility of our profession, but also promote YOUR business.
We invite you to attend our monthly meetings and treat yourself to dinner at the East75 Restaurant at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton South.
You will be inspired in the professional organizing career after networking and brainstorming with our friendly and knowledgeable members. On occasion, we bring in guest speakers who are experts in different areas that relate to the organizing profession. These valuable meetings are free to POC Members and members are always welcome to attend the Board Meeting which is held at the same location, one-hour prior to the General Meeting. Further, we welcome non-POC members/guests to our General Meeting for a $20.00 fee. Come check us out, see if we are what you are looking for in a networking group for the Professional Organizer in you.
The General Meeting begins at 6:00 pm and retires at approximately 8:00 pm. Come join us - we look forward to meeting you.
Our Chapter meetings are held at the East75 Restaurant at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton South (located at 7230 Argyll Road, Edmonton), but it is always a good idea to check the event details below for any possible changes.
