Edmonton Chapter Group Photo

Since being recognized by POC-National in 2005, the Edmonton Chapter has grown from a handful of visionary entrepreneurs to the approximately 40 talented and diverse business owners we are today.

Proud to be one of the most active chapters in Canada, Edmonton’s group has several Silver and Gold Leaf members. Most of the members have taken and passed the Trained Professional Organizer program and exam. We enjoy being collaborative, working together and often refer business to one another.

No matter what your organizational challenge, there’s no shortage of dedicated, caring professionals to choose from. All of our professional organizers have knowledge and skills in home organizing.

Most members specialize in a type of organizing that they particularly enjoy. While some are experts in home office and corporate organizing, others like to work on moving, downsizing, and working with seniors.

We also have members who have taken additional training and specialize in time management, hoarding and working with the chronically disorganized. We have members that do home staging and photo organizing, and even members who speak more than one language!

Several of our members enjoy doing educational seminars, and speaking to groups on a variety of topics related to our field.

Collaboratively, we have an organizer for all of your needs!

If you are ready to save time, money and your sanity, you can find an organizer in Edmonton.

Community Involvement

Our group prides itself in giving back to our community by undertaking several charitable donation drives throughout the year and other community projects. Contact us today on how we can help your community group.

Want to be a Professional Organizer?

If your goal is to start a rewarding career as a professional organizer, the Edmonton Chapter is a valuable resource. We provide a supportive environment for local POC members, promote networking, share ideas, encourage referrals, strive for quality service for our clients and increase the awareness of the field of professional organizers in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. As well, there are plenty of educational opportunities with guest speakers and mentoring. Several times a year, we do have off site field trips that are always informative and lots of fun!

Every second year, our members can partake in a Professional Development day, chock full of excellent education and networking!

Monthly Chapter Meetings

Join us for our monthly meeting, and treat yourself to dinner, at Boston Pizza Calgary Trail (4804 Calgary Trail).

This is a wonderful opportunity to network with other members, learn about organizing related topics and to access group resources, such as our library. Often, we are joined by guest speakers that share their expertise in fields related to professional organizing. The General Meeting is free to POC Members, and members are encouraged to attend the Executive Meeting, as well, held at 4:30 PM. Further, we welcome non-POC members/guests to our General Meeting for a $20.00 fee.

The General Meeting begins at 6:00 pm and retires at approximately 8:00 pm. Come join us – we look forward to meeting you!
