Our chapter has been operating since February 14th, 2007. It was established to serve the many POC members living and working north of the Greater Toronto Area.

Our Chapter includes the following regions/towns:

  • York Region: including Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, and Thornhill;
  • Municipality of King: including King City, Nobleton, and Schomberg;
  • Vaughan: including Concord, Kleinburg, Maple, and Woodbridge;

North-GTA Chapter Goals

The NGTA Chapter works towards enhancing the status and public recognition of its members, as professional organizers by:

  • Supporting individuals in the development of their businesses through collaboration and guidance to relevant resources;
  • Promoting continuing learning and working towards self-improvement;
  • Helping fellow members in the spirit of friendly co-operation;
  • Participating in the activities of the POC Association;
  • Sharing market intelligence and knowledge of new business opportunities.

Monthly Meetings

We encourage members to be actively involved, either as a chapter executive member, in a volunteer capacity, or as regular attendee. Imagine the benefits of active and wholehearted participation in a thriving and inspired Chapter!

Our meetings are casual but informative with a focus on how to advance your organizing business. Our objective is to support you, to inform you, and to inspire you; plan on interactive sessions, with opportunity for networking and fun! Bring your talents, your enthusiasm, and your questions because we will call upon you to share your knowledge and your challenges for the benefit of all members.
